The mysterious motor.
In my LXX-R I thought it came with the 3.0+3.5, but the 3.5 was actually a 3.8 [blue endbell]. When I checked the other one it had a white endbell and performed like a 4.0-4.2 when it got up to speed. It does squeak a little, but that's the only problem. Did I get a King 4.2 prototype?

The 3.8 will be discontinued and replaced with the 4.2 Pro. It should be in stock on Tuesday. I'm planning on ordering a whole bunch  , I'll be back to report on performance.

COUNT ME 2!!!!!!! azn_blaze03@hotmail.com i really need a new motor because my 3.8 perfection died on my 8 cell zip zap (which should i say shudnt be done) not to mention i blew the forward button and so my car only goes reverse and when i said the motor died lets just say i burned 2 holes in it (due to the bottom plates that charge the motor) and it took forever to pull it out making me rip it apart lol. good thing i never tried a 10 cell zip which i was planning to do =)

I got an email from ToyEast saying they would be in stock "next TUE." Since they're not in stock today, I guess that means one week from today.
The 3.8's used to be $5 and now they're $4, so I would expect the 4.2 to be $5 when it replaces the to-be-discontinued 3.8
Again, count me OUT of any group buys. I don't have my own credit card, and I'm not allowed!
