Tires Make Awesome Ground Effects
cut a slick tire so you can straighten it out...it is a perfect size to glue on the front for a bumper/air dam 3 more around the other bottoms and OOOHWEE!!

I been using snippets of Zip Zap packageing to make air dams, but that might be a better idea, because the rubber is flexible. I'll have to try it

The F&F RX-7 is way too high in front, so it seemed like a prime experiment to try this on.
Sho 'nuf works great. This was a quicky job I just did in about 5 minutes before I left for work.

Well, I'm glad you posted it, cmsustud19.
If anyone wants to do this, you just need some super glue, preferably a gel, or hobby grade CA(Cyanoacrylate the chemical name for the name brand Super Glue). I used some super glue gel which has a slower curing time like hobby grade CAs do. The gel and hobby grade CA have thickeners which slow curing time, and thicken it enough so it doesn't run everywhere. I'm mentioning all this because I used to use a medium grade CA to glue my tires in 1/10th scale off road, and using the gel to glue the tire to the body produced an excellent bond. This thing is not coming off unless I cut or rip it. Which kinda sucks because I was going to pull it off, and try it more carefully this evening. Also I think if I used regular thin super glue I would have dripped it everywhere. Sorry, I tend to ramble.
