Mini-X full kits in stock?

I noticed that the Mini-X full kit (the one with everything but Tx) is missing from the shop page? This a mistake or are you discontinuing their sale from your shop? Think I have finally decided on the Mini-X as a good intro into more serious micro RC's but now I'm wondering what I should order along with the basic kit (assuming tinyrc still sells 'em). It sounds like the pinion gear in front are breakable, are these covered by the replacement motor gear set sold here (if so, would you recommend I buy some with my X)? Anyway, sorry to pester you tiny, it sounds/looks like you're working quite a bit on adding new stock to the shop and adding to the site in general.

cdog4w, we're just sold out, more will be in soon. Personally I've never had a problem with pinion breakage, but yes, that set is what you'd need to replace it.

Yea, I'm the guy that asks too many questions, is that OK?

I'll just keep asking questions here while I obsess and wait for tinyrc's stock to refill :P

I saw on intrepid rc that oiling the differential is recommended? I'm a total newbie, would anyone care to expound on this subject or any other newbie maintenence issues? (What kinda oil/grease, where to get it etc.)

If I stick to 4 cells, I assume I can just go pick up a charger at Best Buy or Radioshack, but can anyone recommend a charger that would do the 6 cell battery pack (or even better, both the 6 cell and ordinary single cells that I could use in my diskman etc.)?

Lastly a question for tinyrc. Do you run a B&M shop out of curiosity?

RE the charger, check out the Eagle pocket charger in the shop.

What is a B&M shop?

B&M = Brick and Mortar, ie. not an internet only shop.

Look at the intrepid site and it will reccomend using Associated black grease for the small bearings at the adjustment screw and Associated clear grease for the large diff gear bearings.
