NICE!!!!
That is one nice looking bit!!!
Those look to be wheels off of a nakamichi n racer, but are the front wheels actually full size rears? Was thinking about doing this but hate to pay another 20 bucks for a shipped Naki Racer for a full size wheelset but man they look nice!!!
Great work!!

Actually the body looks completely stock, but those wheels from the nach... damn they make it look nice.
DriveWRX, did you lowerer the body on the chassis or is it a suspension mod or neither?

The Mods...
Thanks for the kind words.
Here's what I did:
- The body is stock.
- I lowered the front by adding a new front tab lower down.
Like this: http://tinyrc.com/forums/showthread....&threadid=2153
- I used the Nakamichi N Racer wheels. The N Racer rear axle was too wide. There was so much play side to side that the spur gear and axle gear would separate. I just cut the axle to the proper length, fixed. The fronts are N Racer, knuckles and all.
- Tires are from the Bit.
That's it! About 10-15 mins. work.

For some reason the N Racer fronts really lowered the whole thing!

Lookin Good!
Those wheels really set the car off
Now only if TOmy would get on the ball and make some nice looking wheels like that, we would be set
What did you use to darken the body lines, and door seams?

Thanks!
I used a Micron 005 marker. Available at your local craft store (look in the scrapbooking secton).
