Bought a Skyline-Horrible!!!!
Well, today I bought a Skyline. I open it up, and the rear bumper is painted badly. I can excuse that, but the front bumper was the worst I've EVER SEEN. Part of it looked like it had not been painted!!!!!! I couldn't believe it! Anyways, I'm bringing it back. Oh, and I just noticed something that is not on my RSX: there is a notch for the antenna wire in the front suspension cover! New xmod generation?

I just got a new one, and it has the same thing. The guy at RS looked at it, went over to the shelf, and handed it to me. I opened it up to make sure it was fine. It runs great, except within the first minute of me driving it (1st run ever on it, and it was outside), I cracked the front lip. S*** Happens. No cam with me, I'm at my dad's house. It's just a notch in the front suspension cover, but my RSX doesn't have it.

My skyline has the same notch. Sticker on chassis bottom is dated 12/03.

No date sticker here either. I did start drifting with almost dead batteries (the floors at my dad's house are so slippery and dusty, that I can spin my car like a bottle!). It looked so cool when I lit the tires in the dust! Anyway, I think I might buy those li-on packs at allelectronics and build a 16.8 volt (if they peak charge like atomic mod's) or 14.4 volts if they stay at 7.2 apiece.
