Steering Trim Issue
Are the steering trim buttons supposed to have any visual effect on the steering when pressing them?
I just got the Acura, and it pulls to the left. I've adjusted the steering horn on the servo but the trim buttons don't have any effect at all.
Should I take it back and get a new one?
Thanks,
Buzzy

Here is the only way to permanently fix the steering on an XMod. From another thread found here.

DISCLAIMER: If you destroy, mangle, disable, or otherwise damage your XMod, I am not responsible.
1.Take off your rims.
2.Undo the 6 screws on the bottom that hold the steering knuckles
and uprights on.
3.Flip it over and take off the two screws on the back half of the upper deck that hold it on.
4.Remove the upper deck with the steering knuckles, uprights and Upper A-arms still attached to it and set it aside.
5.You should now see the front part of the drive shaft, the tie rod and the white horn on the servo.
6.Undo the screw on the servo that holds the horn on.
7.Now, turn on the car and the controller and wait for the servo to center (less than a second).
8.On the horn which should still be removed at this point, you will see an arrow. Line this arrow up with the little mark on the servo and put the screw back in.
9.Reassemble the front by reversing steps 1-4 above.
I did this to mine last week and I haven't touched the trims since. It's always straight.

I'd already tried that.
I took the car back today and got a new one, trim adjustment works fine on it.
