hmm best way to make banners across windsheilds?? any ideas?

You could probably make your own decals with some decal paper and then print them on with your printer at home. Or you could go to a sign shop and ask them to print some decals for you.

another way is to use pinstriping for the banner itself. then you can use decals or paint the logos on the pinstriping

Too much work? I'm confused. I don't see how it could be any easier than printing it out on decal paper.

Sometimes, a windshield banner comes easier than you'd think. I have a red RX-7 bit that I made to look like something of a GT car. (Basically I covered it in sponsorships >.>) and my windshield banner is a SoBe (its a weird sponsor, being that their an energy drink and have nothing to do with cars..at all) decal, I cut it from the label of a bottle of "Lizard Lightning", if you've ever seen it, you can guess what part I cut it from. If you haven't, I peeled back the label and cut it from the center of the label. Due to the wet nature of the bottle and adhesive, it stuck to my windshield easily and has not yet peeled back or come off. So just look around, making one may be easier than you think.

hey tic tac's also a sponsor... and I saw chupa chups on some driver's helmet once. You could go get a tamiya model car and use their decals too

Here is a tip. You can go out and buy some "modifiers" toys from like KB toys or TRU. Get the 1/43th scale. They cost about $5 at KB toys. They come with some great parts for your microziers and zip zaps such as wheels and mufflers. But they also come with some decals that fit perfectly on your microsizers and zip zaps.

Yes, thank you for reminding me of that ViperKilla, I have alot of Modifiers stickers on the doors of my Bit RX-7, GReddy, Injen, and uh..well I think thats about all that would fit on the door really. Theres a Neuspeed decal on the hood and just a plain "Modifiers" one in the rear window because I ran out of stickers that I didin't ruin >.>

this is what i do: take the lables from a video or audio casset and stick them on you wind shield, then carefully cut off the exess sticker and there you go, you own sponsorship labels......i will post some pics of Team Sony/ Maxell (my bit racing team...note: some of the cars i will post are not painted in thier final colours)

Once again, another source I've used. Lol, I used to have a TDK sponsored Honda Accord rally car (painted in Castrol colors for some reason), the tape labels are also a good place to get racing numbers for your car (those lil stickers with 1, 9, 0 and etc..you get it >.>) on them. The only reason I stopped using these is because they didin't stick very well to my car. The numbers worked fine though, they stayed on perfect..but were still taken off eventually.

i just use the blank strip lables and write the numbers on them, then cut them into squares. i just use them as temporary markings and they change each race (exept my civic).....
