The servo is a HiTec HS-55 with the mounting tabs trimmed off. It or a similar sub-micro servo can be purchased from almost any RC Store on or off line. This servo has clockwise rotation so it requires a radio with servo reverse when installed like this.

Also the radio shack steering servo horn is to big to fit on this servo. If I was to build another one of these I would look for a sub-micro servo with a drive-spline that would fit the steering horn. I don't know if there is one but it would save you from having to make a custom steering horn.
