no, he's referring to camber which means the top of the wheel is tilted inward or outward. toe refers to the front of the wheel pointing in or out.

here's an explanation of toe, camber, and caster: http://www.ozebiz.com.au/racetech/theory/align.html btw, the last picture depicting the camber examples at the bottom of the page, when they say (TOP RIGHT), they mean (TOP LEFT) and vice versa

in the xmod, the front wheels exhibit no camber and slight caster. toe is adjusted with the different tie rods. in the rear, because of the simpler suspension design compared to the front, the suspension induces increasing camber as the wheel is pushed up
