I don't know if anyone is even following this thread (besides me and QFM), but I wanted to update the thread with QFM's resolution.
I received my order today. Apparently there was an issue with shipping, but QFM did not brush this under the carpet. It took time to hash things out, but I'm not a hasty guy so I can say that I am pleased with the resolution.
Not only did QFM re-send my shipment, but they threw in a set of Bit Racer tires free of charge.
I can say that I am pleased with QFM's follow through and they have earned my repeat business once again.
