Hi QFM,

Thanks very much for the response. I was getting discouraged.

I have, in fact, received THAT particular order. That was my second order from QFM - hence the confidence I have in your company and customer service. Unfortunately I have not received my third QFM order. The third order consisted of 3 sets of xp300 springs and one or two batteries. I'll look thru my paypal account to see the exact contents of the third order.

I will also respond to the forum in case you are not receiving my emails.
