Since leveling all those magnets and other complications like microman noted I was picturing a track with a couple magnets embedded near the finish and angled forward along w/ a strip under the car facing like polarities so when you drive over the "loaded" spot it acts like a boost. Angles would need testing and of course anything like the rear axle, motorhousing etc. would need to be sheilded or formed from a non ferrous material or it would act like brakes ... I'm sure your idea is possible. I figure if it doesnt need uranium or voodoo to work then why not. (soon you will see at least 1 of mybrain children...belt driven w/ adj. RPM_ transverse mounted engine in a Bit_and my twin motor rig soon to be GMC Dually
