Actually the only way to get a R32 GT-R body is either from the BCG Skyline History set, BCG Pullback #2, and the BCG/MS Auto Modellista (I doubt the MS one is out yet). You're mistaking the Yellow MS R34 GT-R Body set for an R32 GT-R.
As for writing to Hobbico, I guess I can spare a couple of minutes to write a neat letter to them
