For a prop... Since the low power and weight of this thing indicate a pretty slow machine, a largeish prop, 3 inches maybe, with 4:1 gearing would probly be my guess for a good powertrain. Somehting i'm gonna try is the gearbox/motor/prop from an "E-charger" plane from walmart. I dunno if they still sell em but this is what they look like. It doesnt have enough wing area to fly right, and instead of a batt, it has a capacitor that lasts like 30 seconds. After i get some other pending projects done, i'll throw together an airframe or stick it on my Peck Polymers "Stringless Wonder" Another good Peck plane is the R.O.G. (but i'd suggest widening the wings 2-4 inches) With rubber power in a gym (with the landing gear and small wings like they are on the plan) I got a best flight of 45 seconds (taking off from the ground) I'm not sure how it'd fly with the added weight of bit parts (considering the plane is usually like 10 grams with rubber) But you could scale it up some.

The Peck Stringless Wonder and the E-charger plane.
