Hi Peeps,,
Blamminator,, I think you have a bad connection between two of your cells,, or you have an un-intended connection (short circuit) with one of your batts... The problem is not related to your PCB connections.
When you put the car on the charger,,, the charger is powering up the car,, the batts are not being charged at all.
