Hey hawg..whatever,
I moved my battery a bit forward (just in front of the rear axle).
I had no problem with hooking up, or with wheelies. (unless you do it on purpose).
Also, try the Toyota bB body. You can fit the second cell directly under the cab right between the front and rear axles.
Works for me.
