if your transmitter batteries are too low, it'll charge for less and less time...until it doesn't have enough voltage to charge it at all
the way it determines a full charge is comparing the voltage in the transmitter batteries and the tank itself. so....if they're both at a low voltage....no worky worky get it?
or...if your tank is already charged, and it won't charge, just leave the tank turned on. since the tanks broadcast their presence to the controllers, it'll eventually drain it's battery. that's how i keep my battery drained so i can get a full charge the next time
