Dam Diff........

Ok, I was messing around with the car and decided to pull the diff to bits and clean it (dumb move). I got it back together properly with some new grease and the previous tight setting. My problem is that now only the wheel right next to the spur moves, the other just stands still. All the setscrews are tight and as it was before. I don't get it, I've rebuilt my hpi F1 diff a hundred times in this manner and haven't had any problems, although this diff has a few minor differences. Anybody got any ideas on how to get the diff working as before?

P.s. Which parts should have grease on them and which shouldn't? I know that the spur and diff rings should have grease, but what about the smaller stuff on the inside of the wheel?

Thanks for the help.

I feel like such a newbie asking this LOL.
