Was lucky enough to find a local supplier for the "suspension" springs***, but have had NO luck what-so-ever finding anyone who sells the steering springs or an equivalent.
I don't play guitar... I have tried various scraps from other hobbies... all to no avail. Anyone have a lead on where to get these?
Better yet, anyone have a mod in-mind yet to replace the too-soft spring with some other means of righting the wheels after a turn?
Been thinking on it, but not much happening... no EUREAKA moments...yet...

(HobbyTown USA sells a "spring and contacts" kit for the Tomy slot-cars - cost about $3 for two springs and two contacts - cut each spring in half (lengthwise) to use for suspension springs... I love mine)
