To the point....

I have a Microsizer Celica with a 2.6 motor and another "junk" Microsizer Yellow RX7 looking car ( i put it together from a bag of broken MS i received from a hobby store) that has a 2.2. Just to be clear 2.2 = greenish yellow 2.6= orange. Well my "junk " MS RX7 with 2.2 was SMOKING the hell out of my 2.6 Celica (hitting donuts so much speed). I wondered if i had tampered with something when i put the "junk" Rx7 together so i put the 2.6 motor in the "junk" Rx7. The thing barely moved with the 2.6 motor in it ( when on the charger it went 1.0 speed forward and 3.0 speed backwards). I put the 2.2 "junk" RX7 engine in the former Celica 2.6 chassis...THE THING IS HITTING DONUTS AGAIN. Super fast.

So my questions are:

1. Can engines/motors be "duds"?
2. Why is it running so slow on the charger base itself?
3. Would the frequency have anything to do with it? ( My first logical thought is NO)
