That is only half true (for the bodies I use anyway), the Skyline body sat level w/ a single tab mod in front and a soft suspension set-up. If you Use a stiffer suspension set-up I can see how that would
NOT have the same results, the body drop would appear to have little affect. Therefore you would need to do a double tab mod. Now in the case of my FD body, the single tab w/ the soft suspension is much lower in the front giving it a "hammered" look. So for this body I will do the "rear slot mod". As I said it's just my situation, so everyone may experience something different.
