Yes, the back is lowered. Easiest way is to make a new slot!
You can go pretty low, but you'll
definitely have to do some wheel well shaving! A
Dremel is the best tool for this job!
By black lining, I'm going to assume you mean the panel lines.
For those, I used a
Micron 005 Pigmented Ink Marker.
Go to your local craft store (Hobbly Lobby, Michaels, etc...) and look in the scrapbook aisle. Cost: about $3.
The marker tip is really fine, so it's easy to follow the panel lines on the car.
