A good surface for a track would be bristol board, that only costs $7 CDN. Good walls could be made out of foam board, that only costs $10 CDN. Good pits could be made from printed paper instructions on the Bit Char-G Grand Prix website, paper costs $3 CDN for all the pits. So, that's a track that costs only $20 CDN.
