Lettering this small is almost impossible. Blades cant turn that sharp and basiacly leaves a rough cut. Pushed one to see if I could do a mask to etched a PC board. Work ok on long but rough on corners.
Do you have access to any of the dual units? IE Rolan Camjet series or Graftech? The ones that can both print and cut? With ink grade vinyl could do the stickers cutout but print the lettering.
You got me thing again on a special printer. One that can print on a 3D surface.
