First of all do you mean the actual plastic button or the button switch that is actually on the circuit board? If you mean the button switch than yeah that has happened to me once as well. I had to get a replacement from Hobbico customer service (kudos to them for the free and very fast replacement). But since getting my replacement I figured I'd try and fix the old busted one to serve as an extra. So after searching all over for the right button switch I had to settle for one that was slightly bigger than the one on the board. Anyway it's a big pain in the butt to remove that little button switch. I currently don't really have any equipment to properly desolder so I've basically just been heating the solder with the iron and then scrapping some away, heating then scrapping, etc etc. I still have yet to be able to remove it. I'm not sure if Radio Shack carries the button switch you need though...I never actually tried there for one. So basically I'm in a similar situation. Anyone know how to easily remove a button switch from one of these controllers?
