The bottom line is that a microsizer is better than the zip zap in pracitcally every way except for the handeling. My bits(2-speed) outhandle and outrun my zip zap(bits have higher rpm motors). It has the fastest available(RS) motor in it. When i tested them with the 2.2 in one of my bits. It blew it away. And the NOS motor is said to have more rpms. All you need to do on a zip zap is jumper the resistors on the circuit board(PCB) and then you can use higher level motors. EVen after this, i am still not sure that this mod uses the full power of te motors. Personally this mod never worked for me, and i killed one of my zip zaps, in its early career. o well...
