From my experience, the faster the motor, the stiffer the front suspension should be. If the suspension is too soft you will flip the car, or do donuts.
Then you have the tires to consider. The "grippy" tires on the front will make it turn in quicker. If your rear tires are not as "grippy" they will spin and produce donuts.
Try putting "grippier" tires on the rear than you have in the front. This will produce understear. Which means the front will not turn in as quick. Your turn radius will be greater, but the car may be more controllable.
Or Clean the dust off of the surface you a running on and the dust off of the tires. Both will produce an uncontrollable car.
