OT but I think that liveries are made in a certain order where they start with the less desirable so they are sure to push the sales a second time with the more desired ones... Now they make the McL Gulf, now only the Porsche 917 Gulf, Lancia Delta Martini, etc...
This is why I did not buy the 917 yet... I want the Gulf and I am patient
About the Aston "lipstick" I think its a tribute to vintage british racecars, like this Lotus
