Here's my ideas:

- Check the steering action of the servo with the front assembly removed from the servo. See if you can tell if the servo centers itself consistantly. If so, the problem lies further down the line. If not, it's a servo issue and probably needs to go back.

- Check the steering action of the assembly with it not attached to the servo. It should be completely free and smooth. If not, your problem might be in the knuckles or kingpins.
