I noticed that several brands start making finished 1/43 resin models with very high quality of details (wipers, mirrors, antennas, grills), hence the price!

Now at that price better check carefully the dimensions before buying.
I guess only large size cars would fit (forget the compacts).

EDIT: I just bought a Neo static model in 1/43 (Porsche 930 Turbo). Althrough it looks fantastic and to scale, it won't work, don't buy them for adaptation to a Dnano chassis! I thought the body would be made in some kind of light plastic like plastic kit cars. In fact the resin is very very thick and heavy, the body is even heavier than some die cast models. I am a little disapointed... well, you don't try you don't know
Last solution would be taking a cast from that body and make a lighter version.
