Okay, someone listen to my situation and then give me some advice, some guidance, your opinon or whatever you want to call it.
I have my '06 Mustang that I have performed many upgrades on so that it can drag race. Those upgrades would be:
- (blue) Stiff springs in the rear
- (red) Soft springs up front
- Positioned battery compartment as far back as possible to the rear wheels
- Removed the Mustang and Hot Rod emblems to lighten up the car
- 40 thousand, 50 thousand or maybe 60 thousand rpm motor
- Removed the headlights and turn signals from the front grill/bumper to reduce the car's weight
Now, I have just recently hot-glued a metal weight from a small airsoft pistol over the rear wheels inside the Mustang body. And all I want to know is if that would be enough weight over the rear wheels to make this car a sufficient dragster. And yes, your opinions are much valued.
