Here is a pic just so you guys can laugh.(I'm LOL already)
Already printed on a sheet of label paper.
My plan is to cut one out and wrap/stick it around the 6mm aluminum tube and drill then dremel it out.Then repeat.
The long tab coming out is for the steering tierod and will be bent/twisted around flat ending 90 degrees to the kingpins and the other two are for the spindles kingpins.
I havent tried cutting them yet and expect it to go very slow and be difficult if not impossible, thats why I have six ready.lol
Those are not to scale, real world dimensions are 14mm tall x 18mm wide.Those tabs are 2mm wide.I'll drill the holes at 0.5mm to start and make them bigger as needed.
