Yep its me, I have a different name because I have no way of getting "slugbugg" back here.(oh well-unless I wanted to bother the ADMIN)

these are the pieces I need for my ZZawd chassis.
the top left 2 are the supports for the center shaft bearings.
the 2 top right long pieces are the pieces that will run the length of the chassis and support the crown gear bearings and A-arms.
the 4 rectangle pieces are for holding the spindle.the spindle will pivot inside of those and the A-arms will be pinned top and bottom allowing them to move up and down.
the 4 H shaped things are the A-arms.
and last of course is the chassis plate.
I have notches drawn in extra places because I dont know for sure how I will need the A-arms exactly but I'm thinking they will need to be adjusted.
As I was drawing the A-arms up I was very concerned about the fact that I may not be able to get as much steering throw but after drawing and printing it to scale I can see that it should be the same as a ZZse.Plus I could make it 4WS if i wanted to.
I have a sheet of label paper printed now that I can stick to a piece of plastic and dremel out 4 test chassis's it works almost as good as a CNC(if you have a steady hand).I will also code it up and let the CNC cut one out for me soon.Plastic is tricky to mill I need the endmill to turn slow so as not to heat up/melt the plastic. If the plastic works well I'll make an aluminum one and polish it up.
