Thanks for the help Namuna, I've already got the car charging on it and it works great! The main reason I wanted to do this mod was so I can safely charge it on something else and be able to control it with my Monster truck controller, this'll hold me down until I can dual cell it and then be able to charge it the MT controller, or buy a soldering iron so I can fix the broken wires going to the antenna in my Zcar's controller.
