yep it will have to be cut to precision, time to clean and sharpen my hacksaw and files.LOL

Actually I think the cutting part will be near perfect as long as I plan the overall project correctly.
I'm hung up on tool usage right now which has an impact on the overall design/material usage.

Right now I'm drawing everything down to only 1/2-mm but the final drawing will be a little more precise and as long as I can get it cut very close to the final specs it should be OK.ZipZaps are a bit sloppy anyway.

I wonder how a little 1/64 scale stadium truck will handle on my 4x8 race area with some jumps and hills?
I may have to come up with some kind of O-ring,greased friction shock setup.
