Sounds cool. My friend's car flips like crazy (we can't ever race on my track as a result), and I've been trying to come up with a way to get it raceable. I haven't tried the TopCAD wheels on it yet, but the inside out wheel sounds like a nice twist. Also sounds like a cool motor. I just got my armature today and building mine (same turns as yours, but silver fat comm and wire w/ spiral slotted armature). My own car hasn't had any rollover problems, but it's 90% aluminum (BTW: GPM will one day in the distant future release all metal front AWD dogbones) and soon to have a heavier chassis to resist rollover with the higher power options.
