I reserve drastic measures like this for drag racing or track racing at a pay-event only. Cuz if you're gonna play to win you might as well play hard.

Think of it this way: If you're going to drag race the car once, maybe twice for a race to win a prize.. why do you need rechargability? Just like a stripped down drag car in real life where they take out the battery, the alternator, power steering, A/C, etc, etc. It's not very useable on a daily basis but you got all that power now.
