Guys, when I was doing proto work, I used diamond cut-off wheels, about the size of the useless emory discs in the dremel kits but not as big as the fiber re-inforced discs. They cut very well and I have yet to wear the first disc out, oh, and they are super thin like the emory discs, helps you to get into those tight corners
