You can cut it with a dremel, but I will be using a scroll saw. I doubt Zero would care if I sent you the DWG file. Like you said, he posted alot of pictures, but I just want to make sure to not step on his toes.

I have no problem posting the pictures if I hear back from him.

I just purchased a dial caliper to double check my measurements and they seem spot on.
