I used to work at RadioShack for a couple of years (about 4 years ago) and lemme tell you.. yes, it's true. 99% of the employees talk out their anus. Me, I always told the truth and gave correct information, but I still did it in a way to sell and I was pretty damn good at selling.
But yeah, most of the employees I worked with were total numbnuts, as were the employees at the stores in our district.
