i posted my drift tutorial somewhere on this board but u do not want to use foam! foam will be donuts, the thing is that once the drift is over your tires can regain grip with the surface and you can slowly accelerate out of the turn simply regain tractin by letting go of the gas a little and slowing the wheels down.
