hey all... im back
i just tore apart my z-cars controller... wow now thats some brain work.
im so impressed, im picking up my micro car hobby again and putting my coilgun on hold for a bit. the 300v "smart charger" i made was giving me problems anyhow.
out of the controller i scrapped the "sound n light" board, charging board and now im left with just the board with the oh so cool tx. i dont need any push buttons because i have picked up my propo project too, its all gonna be about 1"x2"x1" not including batts or joy stick. the circuitry draws almost no power on idle and i found my fairly large stash of mini zinc air batteries... so you know where this is going. "micro propo controller". it might look kinda funky with a huge antenna sticking out of it...

the charger imma have to build using parts off the original controller, and its all going in its own case with "big" batteries. (AAA

but i can also charge the controller and the dual er tri cell car at the same time so theres really no loss there.
