That's a pretty good point concerning the price. I'm sure many people on this forum have spent at least that much on bits. No one can deny that the Metl Tech racers are a mini-rc enthusiast wet dream. No need for any performance mods and who would want to at $80? Also, the bodies are listed at $10.95, but they are diecast.
Still, my preference is to get a cheap bit and mod the crap out of it. After all, modding is half the fun.
