Bearings - Tiny vs. Atomic
i'm about to buy a bearing set but i can't decide which set to get the TinyRC set or the AtomicMods set.
The AM's set gives me alot more info on the bearings themselves - they are sealed, and come with two sizes to reduce slop with enough to fit in the AWD or RWD. - $29.xx
The Tiny bearings are the dry type (not sure if AM are), not sure of exact size. - $27.xx
which do you think are the better choice. Any success/failure stories?
Also - the little spacers found on AM are a great idea but they are way to much for 4 small washers. Is there anything special about them? It sounds like they have a lip on them so that tighting the wheel pushes the whee against the inner ring on the bearing that is rotating. Am i thinking correctly?
