It's been a while since I posted here (just before summer) but I been lurking on and off past couple months, mainly reading about the new products

Just picked up one yesterday. I think if you're willing to take it apart a little, you could shave off the top of the rod rather than the bottom, it should give you 2 or 3 millimeter more suspension travel. From what I can see, it may not make the dogbone and cup bind but it may come close.
I'm having too much fun with it to mod it yet, so it's untested.
