And 1/20! I'm fairly certain the WWS F1 I have sitting here is 1/20, not 1/24 or 1/18. No?
WWS is a very well known and respected name in the European RC scene -- I'm sure this car is great. Its really unfortunate more people in the US haven't gotten to see (or get beaten by) one. My Pro and F1 are extremely well designed cars. The construction is top notch. Assuming the 1/32 ever makes it stateside, I will be getting one. (and if they don't, I'll find a way...)
If the cost of the pro relative to other high end 1/24 cars is any indication, the price will be less than that of the CRT. WWS seems to eschew some of the "fancy" materials that everyone thinks they need, for thin, yet rigid, fiberglass. I'm sure that saves some $$ in materials. The weight difference between the 'glass and graphite would be negligible. Klaus, do you guys in Germany have access to carbon fiber parts? Any opinions from you (or Wilfred) regarding fiberglass v. cf, and why WWS seems to be fiberglass only?
