The pros don't give up their secrets. I know most of them use a c&c machine to cut the board for them. I cut my board out by hand so it takes me along time. I had to trace around my chasis and do a rough cut first, then little by little I smooth it out until it get the shape that I want. When you are done take a pic so that I could see the good job you've done!
