I think I figured it out.

Look at the ball joints on the knuckle bars CONNECTED to the Tie rod steering bar. You ll notice 3 total holes on the knuckle bars these are obviously used to adjust the placement of WHERE the tie rod is adjacent to the rest of the steering portion of the chassis. Instead of using the settings that is all the way towards the outside of the knuckle bar. Move the ball joints in 2 holes towards the sterring servo. This way you should have enough room that it won't rub against the posts or bumper.
