Mine's finished its testing. Got the driving issues resolved and it works great. Made specifically for xmods.
Specs:
Max voltage = 20V
Max current. = 74A
Power dissipation = 200W
Combined N/P channel R(DS)on = 0.028 Ohms
Gates are fully driven(10V VGS, or greater if VCC is greater than 10V)
I connected a rather huge DC motor (about the size of the xmod car itself) to this h-bridge and stalled the motor for max current draw. The h-bridge was lovin' it. It did not overheat nor relent. Now the weak link is going to be the cells. Li-ions don't like too much current draw.
