well the lego IR tower can broadcast, as well as Recieve... thus the PC would be able to control the tank... and make a dummy tank auto controlled driving round that u can shoot as a target...
thus my only question is will it work with OTHER IR towers, I already have the lego IR tower (from the robotics set), its USB... and has a VERY long range... like 60 feet or so
